RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return for the following reasons:
Change of Mind/Order Incorrect Product
Products can be returned for a refund if the product is received back to us at least half-full within 30 days after the date that you placed your order. Please contact us on contact@acskingroup.com to start a return.
Damaged in Transit
If a product in your order has arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us on contact@acskingroup.com to start a return. Please don't dispose of the product until we've confirmed the next steps.
Incorrect Product
If you have received the wrong product in your order, you can return them free of charge. Please contact us on contact@acskingroup.com to start a return.
Faulty Product
If the product you have received is faulty, please contact us on contact@acskingroup.com with a detailed description of the product fault and a photo if possible to organise a replacement or refund. Please don't dispose of the product until we've confirmed the next steps.
Allergy
In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, discontinue use of the product immediately. Please take a photo of the reaction and contact us on contact@acskingroup.com to start a return. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used.
Please provide your order number or proof of purchase when starting a return. We will provide instructions on how to return your product to us and notify you once your returned products have been inspected and approved. Please do not send back any products before your return has been approved. Once approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take your bank or credit card company additional time to process the refund. If you have not received your refund more than 15 business days after we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@acskingroup.com.
